Consultation has concluded
At its meeting on 23 September 2019, Council resolved to exhibit the Draft Planning Agreement: 347 Calderwood Road, Calderwood for a minimum of 28 days.
The Planning Agreement is in association of Shellharbour City Council DA0290/2018 which seeks approval for the subdivision of land into 455 residential lots and associated works within the Calderwood Urban Development Project (Major Project MP09_0082).
Calderwood Heights Pty Ltd has requested that Wollongong City Council enter into a Planning Agreement under which the developer will make monetary contributions toward road upgrades in the Wollongong local government area.
The Draft Agreement is on exhibition until Friday 1 November 2019.
The draft agreement and accompanying documents can be viewed in the document library on this page, or at:
