Consultation has concluded
To facilitate a boundary adjustment between 63 and 65 Buttenshaw Drive, Austinmer, Council at its meeting of 25 July 2016 resolved to exhibit a draft Planning Proposal to rezone part of 65 Buttenshaw Drive (Lot 31 DP 270554) from E3 Environmental Management to E4 Environmental Living with a Floor Space Ratio of 0.3:1 and a minimum lot size of 999m2, and reduce the minimum lot size on the remainder of the site from 39.99ha to 2,999m2. The exhibition period for this draft Planning Proposal is 9 November to 9 December 2016.
