Location Bulli Park is split in two areas by Trinity Road. To the west are sporting fields and to the east is the beach. The reserve is bounded by Park Road to the north and & Ursula Road to the South.

Key Considerations for the Reserve Bulli Park includes sporting grounds and a sports club building and beach. The area includes heritage listed Norfolk Island Pine Beach Front Planting and Row of Phoenix Palms along the foreshore side of the reserve. During the site visit on 15 May 2019 people were learning to surf or surfing and a family was relaxing by the beach and some construction work was occurring on the sports building.
