Draft Planning Proposal 2014/7 and exhibition of draft Planning Agreement for land at North Marshall Mount Road and Dombarton
Council is seeking feedback on a draft Planning Proposal for Lot 5 DP 1132746, North Marshall Mount Road, Marshall Mount. The draft Plan seeks to enable development of an additional two dwellings on the site. As part of the proposal Lexosu Pty Ltd has requested that Council enter into a Planning Agreement to dedicate Lots 3 and 4 DP 216373 at Dombarton to Council, to be included as part of the Illawarra Escarpment.
The Planning Proposal and draft Planning Agreement is on public exhibition from 14 April to 14 May 2018. Copies of the Council report and reviewed chapters can be viewed at:
