Biodiversity Certification Application - Huntley

Under section 126N of the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995, Wollongong City Council gives notice of its application for the conferral of biodiversity certification on Part Lots 1,2 DP 549152; Lot 1 DP 382339, Lots 1,2 DP 229358 and Lot 14 DP 3083, 528-676 Avondale Road, Huntley.

Copies of the Application can also be viewed at Council's Customer Service Centre, 41 Burelli Street Wollongong and at all Wollongong City Council libraries.

The public is invited to make submissions relating to the Application by 5pm on 7th October 2019.
