Consultation has concluded
Lendlease Communities (Australia) Limited and Lendlease Communities (Calderwood) Pty Limited (collectively the Developer) have proposed a draft voluntary planning agreement with Council.
The draft agreement proposes monetary contributions by the Developer in relation to the monetary development contributions payable for the proposed development at Calderwood.
The draft voluntary planning agreement is on exhibition between Wednesday 11 October and Wednesday 8 November 2017.
The draft document can be viewed in the document library on this page, or in hard copy at:
