Consultation has concluded
Council resolved on 28 April 2014 to exhibit the draft Appendix 1: Public Notification and Advertising Procedures of the Wollongong Development Control Plan 2009 for a minimum period of 28 days.
The draft Appendix 1: Public Notification and Advertising Procedures details when and how Wollongong City Council notifies and advertises Development Applications, Section 96 Modification Applications and Section 82A Reviews of Determination Applications. It clarifies the procedures and provides certainty to applicants and the general public as to the nature and extent of notification undertaken for all applications.
The draft Appendix is now available for public comment between 24 May 2014 and 28 June 2014. The Council Minutes, Report and draft Chapter can be viewed at:
Libraries at Wollongong, Dapto, Warrawong, Corrimal, Thirroul, Helensburgh and Unanderra during library hours.
