Draft Delivery Program 2025 - 2029 and Operational Plan 2026 - 2027
On 20 April, Council endorsed the public exhibition of the Draft Delivery Program 2025-2029 and Operational Plan 2026-2027 (including attachments - see below). These documents outline what Council will deliver next financial year and, in the years ahead. They outline both the big projects and day-to-day services Council delivers.
It’s within these plans that you’ll find what we’re delivering for our libraries and community centres, our pools, our footpaths and cycleways, our sports facilities and our significant investment in sustainability and climate action. There is an Infrastructure Delivery Program proposed for the next four years – here you can find more detail on the projects we are planning to deliver.
These plans are a subset of the Community Strategic Plan. This Plan, and the goals within it, were developed through extensive community consultation.
We'd love to hear your thoughts on the plans and encourage you to make a submission to let us know what you think.
