Consultation has concluded

Council is seeking feedback on the draft Neighbourhood Plan for land located off Marshall Mount Road, Marshall Mount. If adopted by Council, the draft Neighbourhood Plan will become part of Chapter D16 of Wollongong Development Control Plan 2009. The draft Neighbourhood Plan will be on exhibition between 27 July and 31 August 2022.

Copies of the Council report and supporting documents will be on public exhibition for a minimum period of 28 days. These can be viewed at:

  • Dapto and Wollongong Libraries, during library hours
  • Council Administration Building 41 Burelli Street Wollongong between 9am and 5pm weekdays
  • www.our.wollongong.nsw.gov.au
