Draft Planning Agreement - 81 Escarpment Drive, Calderwood

At its meeting of 6 May 2019, Council resolved to exhibit the Draft Planning Agreement: 81 Escarpment Drive, Calderwood, for a minimum of 28 days.

The Planning Agreement is in association with Shellharbour City Council DA0569/2017 which seeks approval for the subdivision of land into 138 residential lots and associated works within the Calderwood Urban Development Project (Major Project MP09_0082).

RBWI Pty Ltd has requested that Wollongong City Council enter into a Planning Agreement under which the developer will make monetary contributions toward road upgrades in the Wollongong local government area.

The draft agreement is on exhibition between Wednesday 15 May and Friday 14 June 2019.
