Consultation has concluded
Council has received a Planning Proposal PP-2020/6 from Cleveland Developments for land within the West Dapto Urban Release Area, along Cleveland Road. This proposal would provide for the development of approximately 3000 lots. If Council resolves to progress the draft Planning Proposal there will be a formal community consultation period as part of the process.
Comments on the draft Planning Proposal will be received up to 21 December 2020.
