Draft Planning Proposal and Neighbourhood Plan, Iowna Precinct, Marshall Mount

Council has received a Planning Proposal PP-2020/5 from Malcolm Holdings for land within the West Dapto Urban Release Area, along Marshall Mount Road, Marshall Mount.

If Council resolves to progress the draft planning proposal there will be a formal community consultation period as part of the process.

Comments on the draft planning proposal will be received up to 30 November 2020.

Please quote PP-2020/5 on your submission and note that submissions become public documents and may be viewed by other persons on request.
