Draft planning proposal and draft development control plan - Yallah Marshall Mount (PP-2018/5)

Council is seeking community comment on a draft Planning Proposal to rezone land and make minor amendments to planning controls for land within Stages 4 and 5 of the West Dapto Urban Release Area.

A draft Development Control Plan, which forms an amendment to the Wollongong Development Control Plan – Chapter D16 West Dapto Release Area is also on exhibition.

Exhibition period: 16 October to 16 November 2018.

Copies of the documents and supporting information can be viewed at:

• Wollongong, Dapto and Unanderra libraries during library hours;
• Council's Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor Administration Building, 41 Burelli Street Wollongong on weekdays between 9am and 5pm;
