The above land is the subject of a Planning Proposal which, if made, would amend the Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 to reduce the minimum lot size to facilitate development of an additional two dwellings on the land. The Planning Proposal also involves the proposed dedication of Escarpment land to Council.

The Planning Proposal is on exhibition between 3 and 24 April 2017.
