Consultation has concluded
Council at its meeting of 9 May 2016 resolved to place on public exhibition a draft Planning Proposal for the abovementioned site to rezone part of the site from E3 Environmental Management to E4 Environmental Living with a Minimum Lot Size of 1,000m² and Floor Spce Ratio of 0.3:1, retain part of the site as E3 Environmental Management changing the minimum lot size to 5,000m² and rezone the remainder of the site E2 Environmental Conservation.
The exhibition period for this draft Planning Proposal is 11 July to 9 August 2016. Copies of the suite of documents can be viewed in the Document Library on this page, or at:
