Consultation has concluded
Council resolved on 23 September 2019 to exhibit the draft Planning Proposal for 4 Yenda Avenue, being Lot 105 DP 264639, for a minimum period of 28 days, as required in the Gateway Determination issued by the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
The draft Planning Proposal which, if made, will amend Schedule 1: Additional Permitted Uses of the Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009 to facilitate the development of a Child Care Facility within the existing swim school building.
The draft Planning Proposal is now available for public comment between 28 November 2020 and 1 February 2021.
