Consultation has concluded

At its meeting of 6 June 2022, Council resolved to exhibit the Draft Wollongong City-Wide Development Contributions Plan 2022 (the Draft 2022 Plan) to enable community comment.

What is the Draft 2022 Plan?

The Draft 2022 Plan is the yearly review of the current adopted Wollongong City-Wide Development Contributions Plan. The review includes updating infrastructure items and updated maps.

Following exhibition and consideration of any submissions, the Draft 2022 Plan will be updated to incorporate any relevant post exhibition amendments.

The Draft 2022 Plan is on exhibition from Wednesday 22 June to Friday 22 July 2022 and can be viewed at:

  • Council libraries during opening hours;
  • Council’s Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor Administration Building, 41 Burelli Street Wollongong, between 9am and 5pm weekdays;

How to share your thoughts

Submissions must be made in writing and addressed to: The General Manager, Wollongong City Council, Locked Bag 8821, Wollongong NSW 2500, or emailed to council@wollongong.nsw.gov.au.. Please quote File Index ID: 1681.

All submissions must be received by Friday 22 July 2022
