Draft Wollongong City-Wide Development Contributions Plan 2023
Consultation has concluded
At its meeting on 29 May 2023, Council resolved to exhibit the Draft Wollongong City-Wide Development Contributions Plan 2023 (the Draft 2023 Plan) to enable community comment.
What is the Draft 2023 Plan?
The Draft 2023 Plan is the yearly review of the current adopted Wollongong City-Wide Development Contributions Plan. The review includes updating infrastructure items and updated maps.
Following exhibition and consideration of any submissions, the Draft 2023 Plan will be updated to incorporate any relevant post exhibition amendments.
The Draft 2023 Plan is on exhibition from Wednesday 7 June to Sunday 9 July 2023 and can be viewed:
- At all Wollongong City Libraries branches during opening hours
- At Council’s Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor Administration Building, 41 Burelli Street Wollongong, between 9am and 5pm weekdays
- Online via the Documents Library
