The draft Economic Development Strategy focuses on the key challenge of creating more jobs in Wollongong.
The focus of the draft Strategy is to generate an innovative and more sustainable local economy
Through generating 10,500 additional jobs
Lifting median incomes by generating new industries that are higher paying
Targeting industries to the area's existing talent pool
Key stakeholder groups were invited to inform the draft Strategy. Now that it is available we are consulting more broadly to find out if there is additional information that we need to consider.
