Wollongong Development Control Plan 2009 – Chapter D14 Wollongong Innovation Campus contains specific development controls to guide the development of the Innovation Campus. A revised draft Chapter D14: Wollongong Innovation Campus Masterplan has been prepared since the Innovation Campus has reached the stage 1 (45,000m2) development milestone whereby a formal review of the Masterplan is required under clause 2.3 in this chapter.
The draft Wollongong Development Control Plan 2009 Chapter D14: Wollongong Innovation Campus Masterplan and supporting documentation is on exhibition between 14 December 2013 and 31 January 2014.
Copies of the draft plan and supporting documents can be downloaded by clicking the links in the document library on this page, or viewed at:
Wollongong Central and Corrimal Libraries, during library hours, and
Council’s Customer Service Centre within Council’s Administration Building, 41 Burelli Street Wollongong, on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.
Written submissions on the draft Masterplan need to be forwarded to Council before close of business on Friday 31 January 2014.
