Community Update August 2021

We recently completed our community engagement on the location of the trial bike track at Harry Graham Park, Figtree. We received a lot of interest from the community about this project.

We have read and considered all of the comments and used this information to help make a decision for a permanent location.

The decision has been made to keep the track at Harry Graham Park in its current location with a fence installed along the length of the track. Construction of the fence will start on Monday 16 August. We expect works to take one week to complete. The track will be closed during this time.

We are planning more bike track projects across our city and will put information on our website as these projects start. If you are interested in being involved please email engagement@wollongong.nsw.gov.au
