Consultation has concluded

Learning for life and learning throughout life is good for ourselves, our community and our society. Our community vision is for Wollongong to be a city where everyone has the opportunity to learn, to be creative and to become connected. That's why, by 2024 we are aiming to become a learning city.

We want to encourage everyone, no matter what your past experience of learning and education, to become a lifelong learner. Council, and other organisations in our community are keen to play a role in creating opportunities for you to learn, experiment and achieve your life goals. By working together and coordinating what we offer to our community – whether through formal ‘education’ programs or through informal, ‘hands on’ learning – we can create greater benefit for our city and our community.
