Update December 2023 - NPWS Illawarra Escarpment Mountain Bike Project

National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) are collaborating with stakeholders to finalise the network at Balgownie and the review of environmental factors. They are hoping that planning is complete, and work can commence in early 2024.

NPWS are seeking the support of cyclists to be actively involved in the ongoing management and maintenance of the new networks at Mount Kembla and Balgownie and the rehabilitation works at Mount Keira.
