Thank you for helping shape Wollongong’s future!

On Monday 30 June 2025, Council officially adopted the key plans that will help guide us over the next 10 years. These include:

• Our Wollongong Our Future 2035 Community Strategic Plan
• Resourcing Strategy 2025-2035 (includes Long Term Financial Plan, Asset Management Strategy, Workforce Management Strategy, and Digital Strategy)
• Delivery Program 2025-2029 and Operational Plan 2025-2026

These plans were shaped by the ideas and feedback you shared with us during community engagement over the past several months. Your input helped us understand what matters most to the people who live, work and spend time in the Wollongong Local Government Area.
