    Why i love Wollongong

by Email Entry, 25 days ago

    By Siraporn:

I come from Thailand and I have lived in Wollongong for 18 months. I came to Wollongong with an Australian man, who lived here, and on my first visit I knew I would live here. There is a famous university here and it's a peaceful city with good weather and a beautiful landscape. The beaches are incredible. The first time I came here I was scared to live here, but Im not afraid anymore because of the friendliness of the people here. I feel the care and assistance of the people, the country and the government. In my... Continue reading

By CM: Wollongong hospital is currently saving my sister's life and I love that about Wollongong!

The serious torturous pain, can last for hours and her body becomes as if it is fused to the floor; ( this the stiff, in Stiff Person's... Continue reading

Famous for it's a moderate climate, natural scenery and beaches that welcome surfers and swimmers. It has also many government institutions, shopping centres, transport servings etc. The people in Wollongong are always friendly and humble with others.

No sunset is ever the same, that's what makes them so special

by Email Entry, 26 days ago

By Marissa: .” I love Wollongong because of it’s natural beauty that creates a sense of gratitude and hope. Every sunrise and sunset begins and ends each beautiful day in Wollongong. Living in such an alluring suburb allows me to work on my photography skills and capture each moment. The most special thing about Wollongong is the sense of diversity that covers every corner, the hundreds of different cultures that fit together, like a giant puzzle, that creates a place I am proud to call

    By Marissa R:

Every sunset brings the promise of a new dawn”. I love Wollongong because of it’s natural beauty that creates a sense of gratitude and hope. Every sunrise and sunset begins and ends each beautiful day in Wollongong. Living in such an alluring suburb allows me to work on my photography skills and capture each moment. When the sunset transfigures into night, the stars illuminate the sky. I love watching the stars through my bedroom window as they remind me how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful house and country. I love Wollongong because it... Continue reading

I've come from Lebanon to Australia for the love of my life and I have also fallen in love with Wollongong along the way. The nature in Wollongong is very calming and the people are so friendly, and it has everything from Mountains and shopping centers to new sky rises and old buildings but the best thing about it has to be that there are flowers boxes around the town from the council, I've never seen such...
