Consultation has concluded
Council has received a draft planning proposal for Panorama Estate Lake Heights (Lot 312 DP 1106412, Lot 313 DP 1106412, Lot 314 DP 1106412, Lot 325 DP 1106412 and Lot 520 DP 1108716) to amend Wollongong Local Environment Plan 2009 (LEP) to rezone these five lots from RE1 Public Open Space (either partial or whole affectation) to R2 Low Density Residential.
To assist Council in forming an opinion of the proposal, Council is notifying surrounding land owners and other stakeholders prior to reporting the draft planning proposal to a Council meeting later this year.
If Council resolves to progress the planning proposal there will be a formal community consultation period as part of the process.
The draft planning proposal may be viewed between 3 February and 17 February 2013 on the right of this page.
