Consultation has concluded

Council resolved to place on public exhibition draft Planning Proposals for the following two sites to rezone part of the site from E3 Environmental Management to E4 Environmental Living with a Minimum Lot Size of 5,000m² and a Floor Space Ratio of 0.3:1, and rezone the remainder of the site E2 Environmental Conservation:

  • Lot 100 DP 1207784 Cordeaux Road, Mt Kembla (30 January 2018 Council meeting); and
  • 227 Cordeaux Road, Mt Kembla (12 March 2018 Council meeting).
