All feedback is important and is one factor in the decision-making process for Council. The graphic below shows some of the factors we consider in our decision making:

To assist us in forming an opinion on the draft planning proposal, we are notifying landowners prior to reporting it to a Council meeting. This preliminary notification is the first step in a long process. If we resolve to progress the draft planning proposal, there will be a formal community consultation period as part of the process.
