Council has received a draft Planning Proposal request (PP-2021/2) for two lots, on behalf of the owner by Plannex Environmental Planning. The area is Lot 20 DP 260258 and Lot 24 DP 260258, being 20 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Stanwell Tops NSW 2508.
Council is seeking initial community feedback on a draft Planning Proposal. The draft Plan seeks to enable the development of a Recreation Facility (Outdoor) and Function Centre. This planning proposal will be referred to the Local Planning Panel for advice prior to reporting to Council. Interested parties will be notified of the date of the Local Planning Panels’ and Council’s public meetings to provide an opportunity to make representation.
