Council may name or rename all public roads for which it is the roads authority in accordance with Council’s Road Naming Policy. We must follow the procedures outlined in the NSW Road Regulation 2018 and guidelines as set out by the NSW Geographical Names Board (GNB).
Details on road names being considered can be found in the 'News Feed' below.
To provide comment on a proposal currently on exhibition complete the feedback form below, quoting the relevant reference number.
Once the submission period is completed, Council will consider all feedback.
Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, your feedback may, at the discretion of Wollongong City Council be referred to third parties for consideration. Please read Council's Privacy Notification before making a submission.
