Chapter E1 Access for People with Disability adopted by Council

The revised Wollongong Development Control Plan 2009, Chapter E1 Access for People with Disability, was finalised following the public exhibition. A report went to Council at the meeting on 2 May 2022, where Councillors resolved unanimously to adopt the updated chapter.

The new chapter will come into force from 23 May 2022 and can be downloaded from Council’s website.
