Safety at Brickyard Point Austinmer

Council installed a temporary fence at Brickyard Point, Austinmer following community concerns about the safety of children playing at the cliff face. It is now time to move towards a permanent solution.

Finding a permanent solution involves:

• safety as a top priority
• working within constraints on a culturally and environmentally sensitive site
• considering the amenity of the ocean views
• listening to community feedback
