Will a permit still need to be required to remove dead wood on trees and dead trees under the proposed policy?

Dead trees that are over 5 metres in height (or 30cm diameter at ground level) will need a permit to be removed. Dead branches that are 10cm or smaller can be pruned under the self service guidelines.
