Revised DCP Chapter E12 Geotechnical Assessment of Slope Instability adopted by Council

The revised Wollongong Development Control Plan 2009, Chapter E12 Geotechnical Assessment of Slope Instability, was finalised following the public exhibition and a report went to Council at the meeting on 28 June 2021, where Councillors resolved unanimously to adopt the updated chapter.

The new chapter will come into force from 19 July 2021 and can be downloaded from Council’s website.
