Planned Report to Council - draft Planning Controls

Following community consultation last year, Council officers have prepared a suite of planning documents for the Wilga Street Block in Corrimal to support a vibrant and flexible mixed-use precinct.

At the 3 April 2023 Council Meeting, Council will be considering a report on the Draft Wilga Street Block Planning Strategy, Draft Planning Proposal, and DCP amendment.

Should Council resolve to progress the draft Planning Proposal and to seek a Gateway Determination, a formal exhibition period will occur at a later date. Council will also seek feedback on the draft Wilga Street Planning Strategy and the draft Development Control Plan during this formal exhibition period. Council will advise of this formal exhibition period once Gateway is received.
