Draft Planning Agreement 347 Calderwood Road
Consultation has concluded
At its meeting on 23 September 2019, Council resolved to exhibit the Draft Planning Agreement: 347 Calderwood Road, Calderwood for a minimum of 28 days.
The Planning Agreement is in association of Shellharbour City Council DA0290/2018 which seeks approval for the subdivision of land into 455 residential lots and associated works within the Calderwood Urban Development Project (Major Project MP09_0082).
Since the initial exhibition in late 2019, the landowners have requested they be named on the planning agreement as the developer. For full disclosure, the planning agreement is being re-exhibited. There are no material changes to the planning agreement with the landowners agreeing to the same terms as the previous incorporated entity to make a monetary contribution toward road upgrades in the Wollongong local government area.
The Draft Agreement is on exhibition between Wednesday 5 August and Friday 4 September 2020. The draft agreement and accompanying documents can be viewed at:
