Draft Planning Proposal – Cleveland Road Precinct, West Dapto Urban Release Area

Council is seeking feedback on a draft Planning Proposal for land located off Cleveland Road, Cleveland. If adopted by Council, the land will be rezoned for urban uses under Wollongong Local Environmental Plan 2009. The proposal will be on exhibition between 14 September and 28 October 2022.

Copies of the Planning Proposal and supporting documents can be viewed at:

• Dapto and Wollongong libraries, during opening hours.
• Council Administration Building 41 Burelli Street Wollongong between 9am and 5pm weekdays.

Submissions can be made in the following ways:

• Emailed to records@wollongong.nsw.gov.au
• Completing the feedback form

All submissions must be received by Friday 28 October 2022.
