To consolidate existing information and guide future decision making on contamination, a literature review has been conducted and was endorsed by Council on 29 May 2017.
The review of the Development Control Plan chapters included:
Chapter E7: Waste Management
Chapter E19: Earthworks
Chapter E20: Contaminated Land Management
Chapter E21: Demolition and Asbestos Management
Chapter E22: Erosion and Sediment Control Management.
The endorsed review of these chapters is on public exhibition from 17 July to 18 August 2017. Copies of the Council report and reviewed chapters can be viewed in the Document Library on this page, or at:
