Consultation has concluded
At its meeting on 6 May 2019, Council resolved to exhibit the Draft Planning Agreement - 128 North Macquarie Road, Calderwood for a minimum of 28 days.
The Planning Agreement is in association with Shellharbour City Council DA577/2017 which seeks approval for the subdivision of the land into 227 residential lots and associated works within the Calderwood Urban Development Project (Major Project MP09_0082).
Benaughton Calderwood Pty Ltd has requested that Wollongong City Council enter into a Planning Agreement under which the developer will make a monetary contribution toward road upgrades in the Wollongong local government area.
The Draft Agreement is on exhibition between Wednesday 15 May and Friday 14 June 2019.
