Consultation has concluded

Council has received a draft Planning Proposal (PP-2020/4) and draft Neighbourhood Plan from Cardno for land within the West Dapto Urban Release Area, in Kembla Grange. If Council resolves to progress the draft Planning Proposal, there will be a formal community consultation period as part of the process.

Comments on the draft Planning Proposal will be received up to 16 December 2020.

Any comments should be addressed to: The General Manager, Wollongong City Council, Locked Bag 8821, WOLLONGONG NSW 2500 or emailed to records@wollongong.nsw.gov.au. Enquiries can be directed to the Land Use Planning team on 4227 7111.

Please quote PP-2020/4 on your submission and note that submissions become public documents and may be viewed by other persons on request.
