Consultation has concluded
Council at its meeting of 26 June 2017 resolved to place on public exhibition a draft Planning Proposal for the Wests Illawarra Leagues Club, Unanderra to amend the Height of Buildings and Floor Space Ratio Maps to allow for a Maximum Building Height of 15m and Floor Space Ratio of 1.5:1, respectively, within the area bounded by Central Road, Maynes Parade, Hargraves Street and Blackman Parade including parts of Council’s road reserve.
The exhibition period for this draft Planning Proposal is 23 August to 20 September 2017. Copies of the suite of documents can be viewed in the document library on this page, or at:
