Draft West Dapto Development Contributions Plan (2020)

Consultation has concluded
At its meeting of 24 June 2019, Council resolved to exhibit the Draft West Dapto Development Contributions Plan (2020) (the Draft 2020 Plan) to enable community comment.
The Draft 2020 Plan is the biennial review of the current adopted West Dapto Section 94 Development Contributions Plan (2017). The review includes updating infrastructure items, updating the cost of land and works and indicative delivery timeframes, consideration of the nine remaining 2016 IPART recommendations, and several other changes as outlined in the Council Report and as shown in the Attachments.
Following exhibition and consideration of any submissions, the Draft 2020 Plan will be updated to incorporate any relevant post exhibition amendments and submitted to IPART for review. The outcome of this review will be in the form of recommendations to the NSW Minister for Planning.
The Draft 2020 Plan is on exhibition from Saturday 29 June 2019 to Friday 2 August 2019.
