Draft West Dapto Development Contributions Plan (2017) - Minor Amendment

Consultation has concluded
At its meeting of 27 May 2019, Council resolved to exhibit the Draft West Dapto Development Contributions Plan (2017) to enable community comment.
The Draft West Dapto Development Contributions Plan (2017) (the Draft Plan) proposes minor amendments to the current adopted West Dapto Section 94 Development Contributions Plan (2017).
The review is minor in nature and proposes updates in accordance with state policy and legislation changes as shown in the Draft Plan. There are no changes proposed to the works schedules or contribution rates. The biennial review of the plan is progressing and will be reported separately.
The Draft Plan is on exhibition from Wednesday 5 June 2019 to Friday 5 July 2019.
