Consultation has concluded

Glastonbury Gardens is a much-loved local park in the heart of Austinmer - a place to walk, relax, play and celebrate in its peaceful surroundings. We are planning some landscape improvements and invite you to have a look.

Find out more

Read about the history of the Gardens and proposed landscape improvements in the FAQs and look at the planting plan.

We are holding a “walk and talk” on Saturday 19 June from 10.30am to 11.30am, where you can chat with Council staff and talk about the plans. Meet at the picnic table on the upper level, with nearest access either off Wigram Road or Toxteth Avenue.

In the event of heavy rain or strong winds the event will not go ahead. We ask that you observe social distancing requirements and please do not attend if you are unwell. We will have hand sanitiser and masks available for use.
