Council has commissioned leading tourism and recreation consulting company, TRC Tourism, to work with the community to develop a vision for Mt Keira Summit Park.
The project aims to develop a shared vision for use of the Summit Park that reflects the aspirations of the community and recognises Mt Keira as a unique place of natural, cultural and social significance
The next stage will be the development of a draft master plan for the park and plan of management for the Mt Keira Summit Park.
Engagement with the community and stakeholders is fundamental to the development and implementation of the vision. Comments are invited on the draft vision until 31 May 2016.
