Consultation has concluded
Council at its meeting of 23 February 2015 resolved to place on public exhibition a draft Planning Proposal to rezone certain land at Shone Avenue and West Dapto Road Horsley from E3 Environmental Management to R2 Low Density Residential, including a corresponding change to minimum lot size and floor space ratio controls.
The purpose of the draft Planning Proposal is to facilitate the implementation of a Neighbourhood Plan for the site.
The exhibition period for this draft Planning Proposal is 29 July to 28 August 2015.
