Consultation has concluded

As part of our commitment to improving access and safety for pedestrians we are planning to construct a new footpath along The Ridge Helensburgh, starting from the edge of the Crown Reserve near the train station and ending at the intersection of Maidstone, Fletcher, Junction Streets Helensburgh to improve pedestrian safety.

We are presenting the Consultation Plan to the community for feedback. The works will be undertaken in a staged approach with Stage 1 and 2 planned for construction from July 2020. Before finalising the design for Stage 3 we will come back to residents whose properties front this section of the footpath and talk through the detailed design before determining the final design.

We also have a number of other projects you may be interested in providing feedback on including the Helensburgh Town Centre Plan, the Helensburgh Streetscape Master Plan and Helensburgh Community Centre Option.
