Consultation has concluded

Exhibition of draft Planning Proposal PP-2014/12: Three Ports SEPP – BlueScope Port Kembla & Mens Shed Amendment, Multiple Lots to which the State Environmental Planning Policy (Three Ports) 2013 applies around the Port of Port Kembla.

The above land is the subject of a Planning Proposal which, if made, would amend the State Environmental Planning Policy (Three Ports) 2013 to facilitate minor temporary development of the land.

Please note that the Planning Proposal has been amended in accordance with the requirements of the “Gateway” determination by NSW Department of Planning and Environment.

The Planning Proposal and other relating documents can be viewed on this page, or in hard copy at:

  • Libraries at Wollongong, Warrawong and Dapto during library hours
  • Council Administration Building 41 Burelli Street Wollongong between 9am and 5pm weekdays.
