The above land is the subject of a Planning Proposal which, if made, would amend the State Environmental Planning Policy (Three Ports) 2013 to facilitate minor temporary development of the land.
Please note that the Planning Proposal has been amended in accordance with the requirements of the “Gateway” determination by NSW Department of Planning and Environment.
