Wollongong City Council's Draft Planning Agreements Policy

At its meeting of 10 August 2020, Council resolved to exhibit the Draft Planning Agreements Policy (Draft Policy) to enable community comment.
The Draft Policy is a review of the current adopted Planning Agreements Policy. The review includes a review of sections to improve consistency and readability, the removal of old Environmental Planning and Assessment Act clauses references, an update to the GST Clause in the planning agreement template, and other clarifications.
Following exhibition and consideration of any submissions, the Draft Policy will be updated to incorporate any relevant post exhibition amendments.
The Draft Policy is available in the Documents Section, and can also be viewed at:
Council libraries during opening hours
Council’s Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor Administration Building, 41 Burelli Street Wollongong.
Submissions must be made in writing and addressed to: The General Manager, Wollongong City Council, Locked Bag 8821, Wollongong NSW 2500, or emailed to council@wollongong.nsw.gov.au
Feedback can also be received by completing the single-question survey below.
